  • Recommend full-funnel content strategies aligned with client goals and collaborate with internal teams to integrate creative, technical, and automation components.

  • Create client-specific editorial style guides and systems that enable efficient, scalable content reuse.

  • Architect systems that support strategic content reuse across platforms and channels.

  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars and proactively manage deadlines across teams.

  • Research high-intent, question-based search opportunities relevant to client personas and interview client subject matter experts as needed.

  • Write, edit, publish, and manage high-impact content across digital and print channels, including:

    • Website copy

    • Blog posts and thought leadership articles

    • Email newsletters

    • Lead-nurturing email sequences

  • Structure content to earn visibility in traditional search, answer engines, AI-driven search results, featured snippets, and voice assistants.

  • Collaborate with SEO and Technical teams to implement schema markup (FAQPage, HowTo, Product) and ensure crawlability.

  • Track SEO and AEO metrics (impressions, clicks, citations, mentions, zero-click performance, voice search visibility) and incorporate findings into overall strategy.

  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, SEO/AEO standards, accessibility best practices, and campaign goals.

Optimization & Analytics
  • Define and track KPIs for engagement, conversion, and ROI using tools such as HubSpot, GA4, and Looker Studio.

  • Use A/B testing, performance analytics, and content decay analysis to continuously refine strategies.

  • Report insights and recommend optimizations to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Stay current on industry trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging content technologies and educate colleagues and clients as needed.

Collaboration & Thought Leadership
  • Support Trekk’s business development by contributing to proposals, client workshops, and agency thought leadership initiatives.

  • Create internal content for Trekk’s brand — including blog posts, case studies, and social media — that showcases our expertise and insights on process, performance, and creativity.
