Our company hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, but for excellent candidates we are open to alternative work schedules in some roles (e.g. 30 hours a week or a shifted schedule).

About the Role
We're seeking a HubSpot specialist who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and data. In this role, you’ll collaborate with account managers, designers, writers, and developers to help our clients maximize their HubSpot investment. You’ll be the go-to expert for marketing automation, ensuring our clients’ campaigns are efficient, data-driven, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Expertise & Automation

Serve as the subject matter expert for all operational functions of HubSpot.

Build and manage marketing automation workflows, emails, and landing pages.

Implement best practices in campaign design and ensure thorough end-to-end testing before launch.

Manage HubSpot integrations to support client marketing and sales initiatives.
Data Management & Reporting

Ensure CRM data is collected accurately and efficiently.

Develop insightful dashboards and reports for clients and account managers.

Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, including leading data migration and cleansing projects.

Regularly audit and archive outdated content, landing pages, and workflows.
Optimization & Insights

Drive a test-and-learn approach, applying A/B testing, response analysis, and data insights to optimize performance.

Provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams based on campaign results.
Client Enablement & Training

Consult with and train clients on HubSpot as needed, supporting change management for new users.

Stay up to date on HubSpot certifications and product features, bringing new ideas to clients and colleagues.

Host quarterly “lunch & learn” sessions to share insights and best practices with the Trekk team.

Digital Advertising Specialist
Position: Full-time

About the Role
Trekk is seeking a performance-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of advertising campaigns across search, social, and emerging platforms. As part of our Content team, you'll collaborate closely with your teammates, our Creative team, and our Account Managers to align campaign strategy with client business goals and deliver measurable results.
We’re looking for someone with a data-first mindset, a proactive approach to campaign performance, and a curiosity for the ever-evolving world of PPC and paid media.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement full-funnel media strategies across platforms including Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok.
- Identify paid opportunities based on client goals (lead gen, brand awareness, ecommerce, etc.) and develop audience targeting strategies.
- Set up and manage ad accounts, campaigns, ad groups, and creatives in multiple platforms.
Optimization & Performance Management
- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data—optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs.
- Manage budgets across channels and campaigns efficiently; ensure pacing aligns with monthly and quarterly spend goals.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain cross-platform dashboards (preferably using HubSpot, Looker Studio, or similar tools).
- Conduct post-campaign analyses, highlighting insights and optimization recommendations.
- Report to internal teams and clients on campaign performance with clear, actionable takeaways.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with Content and Creative teams to provide input on ad copy and creatives based on best practices and performance.
- Communicate proactively with Client Services to align on strategy and client expectations.
- Stay current on changes in paid media platforms, tools, and industry trends, and proactively recommend tests and innovations.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with newer platforms like TikTok Ads Manager and Reddit Ads is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with audience segmentation, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or HubSpot.
- Ad platform certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing) are a plus.
- Experience with ecommerce and B2B lead generation campaigns is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management.
