When Tecnau, the leader in digital print finishing automation, purchased Sitma, the leader in packaging and e-commerce automation, the newly merged companies needed a new website to communicate a new brand story to their combined audiences. We partnered with their executive leadership team to design and build a new digital destination for Tecnau | Sitma prospects and customers that is cohesive, compelling, and geared for conversion. 

A single story

Since 1988, Tecnau has been laser-focused on automation solutions for the digital printing industry. Seeing an opportunity for expansion into e-commerce solutions, Tecnau acquired Sitma, the leader in packaging automation. With the goal of going to market with this expanded portfolio of integrated automation solutions, Tecnau enlisted Trekk to design and build a website that told a single, cohesive brand story: how Tecnau takes its customers from print to profit.

The combined Tecnau | Sitma product catalog was large and complex, but HubSpot’s Content Hub made it simple to publish product pages with key specs, feature-related products, and aggregate products on category pages. 

Thinking about the UX of a prospect or customer, we sorted the catalog into finishing solutions and packaging solutions, while still maintaining a singular brand voice throughout the site. We also created application pages, where prospects can browse by end use. An events page, a blog, a robust collection of case studies, and a new company video round out the site and help with SEO and AEO. 

We optimized the Tecnau site for conversion and included demo and quote forms on almost every page. From the day the site launched, the team had a steady stream of qualified website leads, and the built-in analytics provide them with detailed insight on lead sources. These tools enable them to easily tell which marketing initiatives are delivering the greatest ROI so they can prioritize spend during the next phase of their go-to-market strategy.
