Commercial print services provider Quantum Group was looking to grow their revenue and profitability, and they wanted a strategic marketing partner to help them get there. Their goals included refreshing their brand, executing a marketing program geared toward customer acquisition and retention, equipping their sales team with the tools and training needed to grow the business, and better leveraging their technology stack.

A brand new search engine-optimized website, along with a reinvigorated social media presence and email marketing, helped to communicate the new brand. But we also knew that demonstrating Quantum Group’s high-quality, ultra-personalized print would be key to winning over their target audience.

We complemented Quantum's digital presence with a full print strategy, including quarterly direct mail and sales collateral pieces. Each print piece is designed to show off both the advanced capabilities of Quantum Group’s team and the unique value propositions of their press investments.

This sales collateral piece unfolds to tell the Quantum Group story — who they are, what they do, and how their commitment to sustainable print sets them apart from other print service providers. Quantum Group had also recently installed a Landa Nanographic Printing Press, so we chose a long rolling fold to demonstrate the large sheet size that the Landa can handle.

In the first quarter after the launch of the new website, Quantum Group saw a 25% increase in traffic. In the same quarter, a newly active LinkedIn presence attracted 150 new page followers.
