Rockford-based creative agency Trekk has been recognized with Gold status in HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program. HubSpot, a leading growth platform, works hand-in-hand with partner experts to offer a full stack of software and services for marketing, sales, and customer service, with a completely free CRM at its core.
In 2020, Trekk has helped several local, national, and global clients confront the challenges of the pandemic head-on by implementing inbound marketing and sales strategies and designing and developing new customer-centric websites.
"For sales professionals who were used to relationship building through in-person meetings, a sudden transition to remote selling can be difficult," said Sarah Mannone, Executive Vice President at Trekk. "As a result, the pressure on marketing departments to generate more inbound leads and provide increased sales enablement and support has been higher than ever."
"While this year has been tough on all of us, the bright side for Trekk has been that we've been able to help so many companies to quickly adapt using technology, thereby ensuring that their customers didn't see a gap in service," said CEO Laura Bennett. "In part, it was our long partnership with HubSpot that made our own quick response possible, and we look forward to continued growth for ourselves and our clients through the Solutions Partner Program." |
